This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a customer may return a vehicle purchased from All Used Cars LLC.

Eligibility for Refund and Returns Policy

Customers are eligible for a refund or exchange if:

* The vehicle has a major mechanical defect that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
* The vehicle is not as described on the website or in the sales agreement.
* The customer is not satisfied with the vehicle and returns it within the specified return period.

Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a vehicle for a refund. The return period begins on the day the customer takes possession of the vehicle.

Procedure for Returns

To return a vehicle, the customer must follow these steps:

1. Contact All Used Cars LLC within 30 days of the purchase date to initiate the return process.
2. Provide proof of purchase, such as the sales agreement or invoice.
3. Return the vehicle to the dealership in the same condition as it was purchased.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned vehicle, All Used Cars LLC will issue a refund to the customer. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of the return. The amount of the refund will be the purchase price of the vehicle, minus any applicable fees or charges.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

* Vehicles that have been damaged or altered after purchase.
* Vehicles that have been used for commercial purposes.
* Vehicles that have been sold ‘as is’ or with a disclaimer of warranty.
